About The Position

Inova Health – Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. This role will be full time day shift from Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.

• Experience with Occupational Health, including Worker's Compensation, OSHA, Vaccination programs
• Previous Leadership Experience
• Training and Education Experience

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of daily clinical operations, workflow, productivity and training to Outpatient clinical team members and updates management regarding any issues in the outpatient setting.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members, patients and families to maximize patient outcomes and to ensure patients are processed proficiently and expediently
• Serves as resource to team members and to provide training to improve team member competency and enhance level of service
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and reviews and shares any performance deficiencies with management
