About The Position

A DAY IN THE LIFE Facilitates various training sessions for field personnel to build skills focused on hands-on work task activities, standard work instructions, safe work environments, improved quality of work while also increasing productivity by eliminating waste in processes. Trains and mentors Trade Superintendents, Assistant Trade Superintendents, Forepersons, and field employees who provide training to enhance their facilitation abilities. Acts as a liaison between the corporate office and job sites for learning and development needs. Champion of corporate culture and standardized work processes. Extensive travel required. WHAT YOU’LL NEED 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree; or equivalent combination of education, practical field experience and demonstrable knowledge of company processes and systems. Eight or more years of progressive related experience including four or more years leading and supervising construction teams, or have demonstrated leadership and supervision abilities to teach and develop construction supervisors required. Experience with creating and delivering construction, safety, quality, standard process, or regulatory training; or equivalent combination of training and/or construction experience. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Ability to facilitate training, conversations, and meeting sessions at all levels within the company with strong and effective presentation skills. Strong understanding of basic electrical theory, electrical safety and practical use and application of common electrical tools, materials and installation methods for renewable projects. Ability to analyze and make technical recommendations for technical training. Ability to train on low, medium and high voltage construction practices. Requirements
