About The Position

As an Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing field resource deployment to meet customer and business objectives. You will work closely with customer service managers on escalations, develop long‑range resource forecasts, and execute both short‑ and long-term staffing plans. This includes recruitment, skills assessments, and resource development through advanced training programs. You will collaborate with senior leaders across the business, define needs, communicate project approaches, and present outcomes. You will operate within standardized project processes, implementing updated procedures and guidelines within your department. This role supports diverse clients across the region and works within predefined contracts and frameworks, with some flexibility to adapt based on business needs. Requirements
