Lead Operations Specialist Are you experienced in field operations and chemical program execution? Fueling Your Passion As a Lead Operations Specialist, you will support field sales by providing technical assistance, executing chemical programs, and monitoring operational performance at customer sites. You will be responsible for sampling, testing, reporting, inventory surveillance, and chemical pump operation to ensure customer‑defined objectives are met safely and efficiently. As a Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for: Supporting field sales by providing technical assistance related to chemical programs and field operations. Delivering chemicals, pulling samples, and testing water and crude samples in the field. Monitoring chemical treatment programs to ensure performance and reliability. Conducting chemical inventory surveillance and ensuring chemical pumps operate at the correct rates. Maintaining chemical pump functionality and supporting product ordering and inventory control. Completing service reports related to pump performance and field operations. Submitting sample test results to account managers for customer recommendations. Adjusting product dosage rates and/or changing product applications to meet customer‑defined objectives. Activating or deactivating feed systems based on safety or performance-related determinations. Troubleshooting systems operating outside customer‑provided specifications and determining when additional support is required. Determining the need to order products and placing orders for customers utilizing order fulfillment processes. Supporting special projects as assigned. To be successful in this role you will: Have experience supporting field operations, chemical programs, or production chemical applications. Have the ability to troubleshoot operational and system performance issues. Have strong communication skills to coordinate with account managers and field sales teams. Have the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and customer teams. Have a strong focus on safety, operational compliance, and performance reliability. Have a High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience Work in a way that works for you This is a field‑based role that may involve varying schedules depending on operational requirements. Requirements
