About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with national HR, Finance, IT, Records, and Marketing Departments to implement firm policies and procedures.
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding efforts for the office.
  • Practice Management by Walking Around (MBWA) to stay informed and engage with the team.
  • Coach team members for success and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate the performance management process.
  • Review budgets, purchasing, and process invoices.
  • Ensure effective facility management using best business practices.
  • Facilitate monthly office team meetings to provide education and direction.
  • Maintain consistent communication with local Managing and Co-Managing Partners.
  • Implement strategies for compliance and safety, staying informed about local issues.
  • Manage all aspects of entertainment events such as holiday parties and outings.
  • Travel as needed for meetings or to provide additional support.
