Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years leading creative in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or modern CPG brands.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Digital design specialization / expertise, including but not limited to, digital design of products, tools, solutions.
  • This Individual should have extensive demonstrated experiences leading creative strategy and visual design of products or services from conception to consumer delivery with a woven pattern of AI tools and services.
  • A portfolio that shows mastery of brand identity, packaging, retail environments, and campaign storytelling.
  • Expertise in blending design craft with breakthrough digital and social relevance.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of using cutting edge AI tools for ideation, concept development, and agile content creation.
  • Leadership that is empathetic, inspiring, creative, and grounded in consumer understanding.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; bonus for motion, 3D, or emerging media.
  • Passion for wellness culture, skincare innovation, sustainability, and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity & Expression Shape and evolve a visual identity that feels modern, iconic, and unmistakably ours. Translate consumer insights into storytelling that connects to real life, real rituals, and real needs. Use AI-driven insights and trend signals to stay ahead of beauty culture and design evolution.
  • Packaging & In-Store Experience Lead packaging that blends form + function with sensory beauty elevated, sustainable, and instantly recognizable. Create in-store and retail moments that inspire discovery, deepen connection, and drive conversion. Apply AI prototyping and predictive testing to refine designs with speed and precision.
  • Omni-Channel Creative Concept and deliver campaigns that live beautifully across digital, social, print, experiential, and e-commerce. Partner with marketing and product teams to bring brand stories to life in ways consumers feel, share, and remember. Use AI analytics and personalization tools to tailor content and optimize engagement.
  • Creative Leadership Manage multidisciplinary team, contractors, agencies of designers, writers, content creators, and visual storytellers. Foster a culture grounded in creativity, curiosity, innovation, and wellbeing. Introduce and scale AI-powered workflows that unlock new levels of imagination, agility, and craft.
  • Storytelling & Brand Building Craft narratives that speak to the heart of beauty and wellness: confidence, care, rituals, and transformation. Champion our brand’s visual and verbal language across every consumer moment online and offline.
