Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year experience.
- Please refer to the Medical Staff Guidelines for certifications and credentialing applicable to this position.
Responsibilities
- Provides oversight to assigned Nurse Practitioners.
- Performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care.
- Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.
- The Lead APP will work 50% of the time with the HF Program Medical Director.
- Lead will have 12+ direct reports and will be adding 5-7 more APPs over 3-5 years.
