Requirements

  • Eight (8) years enterprise networking experience.
  • Expertise enterprise network architecture.
  • Proven team leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise in technical documentation review.
  • Program management.
  • Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders and government representatives.
  • Experience in Technology roadmap development.
  • Experience in BOM development.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP) or equivalent
  • COMPTIA Security+ CE
  • COMPTIA Network+

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD networks.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
  • Expertise in training development and delivery

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all technical aspects of the task order.
  • Serve as the main POC for all technical issues related to the task order.
  • Have a technical background that facilitates understanding of USG technical requirements and communication with the PMO.
  • Work closely with PMO/specified personnel to facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner.
  • Manage all Subcontractor interface requirements in conjunction with the Contractor’s PM.
  • Notify the PMO and the Contractor's PM, immediately, of any problems or issues.
  • Approve all engineering documents before submitting to the USG. This includes, but is not limited to, Site Preparation Requirements and Installation Plan (SPRIP), previously known as, Telecommunication Systems Installation Plan (TSIP), Preliminary Integration Review (PIR), Critical Integration Review (CIR), and Integration Plan Acceptance (IPA) documents.
  • Experience with designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) networks to include hardware (switches, routers), software (operating system (OS)), network management systems (NMS), network access control (NAC), quality of service (QoS), network services (timing, logging, etc.).
