About The Position

14523 – Lead .Net Developer (Remote) - Tallahassee, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Remote or Onsite: May work remotely or on-site.

Requirements

Experience as a technical team lead for database driven application development projects (3+ years)
Experience with coaching/mentoring other developers with Microsoft technologies (3+ years)
Experience with development of database driven web applications (3+ years)
Experience with object-oriented development techniques (3+ years)
Experience with development of database driven .NET batch programs driven (3+ years)
Experience with development of database driven applications in Microsoft C# .NET environment (2+ years)
Experience with Knockout, WebAPI, TypeScript
Angular, Java Script, Boot Strap experience
Experience with SQL Server
Experience with Oracle
Experience with 3-tiered logical/physical architected applications
Experience with data privacy and protection initiatives

Nice To Haves

Experience with ASP.NET MVC
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
Experience working with SQL Server Integration Services to support ETL processing:
Experience working on development projects utilizing Agile development techniques
Experience working with stakeholders to gather and document stakeholder requirements
Experience with driver license and motor vehicle systems
Experience with screen/web layout and design
Experience with automated unit testing
Experience working for a governmental agency.

Responsibilities

Work with all stakeholders to identify system needs and gather business and functional requirements
Analyze stakeholder requirements to determine the work effort needed to enhance, modify, or create an application and the related impact on other applications/system areas
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical and functional specifications for approval, development, testing and code review purposes
Develop proof of concepts, mockups and other documents for task and/or activity
Write, debug, and maintain code to ensure application functionality, integrate hardware and software components
Prepare and complete stakeholder requests for the creation, modification or enhancement of new or existing applications/systems
Conduct unit, system, and regression testing.
