Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Modeler to join our team! This person in this position
produces structural drawings, executes sprint plans, manages client
relationships, and participates in execution of continuous improvement
activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong structural modeling capabilities
• Working knowledge of BIM standards, modeling procedures, and coordination workflows
• Ability to develop detailed structural drawings and construction documentation
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods
• Experience with complex modeling, parametric families, and advanced Revit tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting project priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external clients
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with project goals and standards
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Produce Structural Drawings and Revit Models that Meet Quality Standards
• Execute Sprint Plan
• Independently Manage Client Coordination
• Participate in and Execute Continuous Improvement Activities
