About The Position

We're looking for a Data Modeler to join an Agile team and play a key role in designing and structuring data solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and data governance teams to translate complex data requirements into well-defined models. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with data modeling tools (ER Studio preferred)
Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts
Ability to interpret and transform JSON/XML data into structured models
Comfortable working in Agile environments and participating in ceremonies
Experience working with data governance teams and tools (e.g., Collibra is a plus)
Familiarity with AWS-based data platforms such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Redshift
Ability to perform data lineage analysis and document data flows
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
Clear and effective communication skills when working with both technical and business team

Nice To Haves

Experience working with data governance teams and tools (e.g., Collibra is a plus)
