About The Position

Join Our Engineering Team! We are looking for an Architect/Tech Lead Mobile Engineer to join our engineering team and help build high-impact mobile experiences used daily by millions of users. You’ll play a key role in shaping the evolution of a large-scale consumer mobile platform, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver polished, reliable, and delightful app experiences across iOS and Android About You: Experience Level: Lead

Requirements

5+ years of commercial experience with React Native (iOS, Android) and expert-level TypeScript/JavaScript
Deep knowledge of the React Native ecosystem , including: Build processes Performance optimisation Monitoring & LiveOps Native module integration
Strong understanding of React rendering behavior and frontend best practices
Experience with modern mobile tooling such as Expo , monorepos , and robust CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud and infrastructure environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services )
Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations , including animations and microinteractions
Solid understanding of how mobile apps interact with backend systems and web technologies
Strong focus on code quality, testing, and release stability
Proven experience providing technical guidance and mentorship
Strong drive toward Engineering Excellence
Action-oriented with a focus on shipping meaningful product improvements
Deep care for user experience and building delightful, high-quality products
Comfortable working in cross-functional, product-driven environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Overlap: Eastern Timezone (US)
Close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers in a cross-functional setup
Active participation in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
Comfortable working in a distributed team with regular communication and alignment
Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

Ownership of end-to-end mobile feature development for iOS and Android
Experience working on large-scale, consumer-facing applications
Experience in establishing or improving coding standards and CI/CD maturity
Ability to balance innovation with performance, reliability, and maintainability
