About The Position

Lead Medical Receptionist Puget Sound Pain Clinic Locations: Lakewood, Covington, Bonney Lake, Tukwila & Puyallup, WA Schedule Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Floating between clinic locations as needed No weekends, evenings, or holidays Pay Range $26.00-$30/HR DOE Be the Leader Patients See First and Trust Most Puget Sound Pain Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a Lead Medical Receptionist to support and float between our five clinic locations: Lakewood, Covington, Bonney Lake, Tukwila, and Puyallup. For more than 20 years, we've been a trusted leader in pain management across the Seattle and Tacoma area, helping patients reclaim their quality of life through compassionate, expert care. As our Lead Medical Receptionist, you'll do more than manage the front desk, you'll help set the standard. You'll be the welcoming face patients see first, a resource for fellow reception staff, and a steady presence ensuring smooth, professional clinic operations across all locations. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead support for front desk operations across multiple clinic locations
  • Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly, professional experience
  • Schedule new and follow-up appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Collect co-pays and process payments with attention to detail
  • Follow up on no-shows and pre-op appointments
  • Verify insurance information and update patient records
  • Answer and route phone calls with care and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Complete paperwork, scanning, and filing accurately
  • Support and guide reception staff as needed
  • Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards at all times
