We’re looking for a skilled Team Lead / Senior Technician to support daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills
- 5 + years marine experience with diagnostics and multiple disciplines, diesel, systems, etc.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
- Reliable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting.
- Mentor new hires and trainees; provide hands-on support as needed.
- Ensure all work meets brand, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform in-process checks and partner with Quality Control to resolve issues.
- Communicate job status, risks, and scope changes with the Service Team.
- Execute work according to schedule and proactively report delays.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and protect customer assets.
- Support job staging, accurate reporting, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Provide job estimates when requested.
