Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the maintenance, repair, and performance of our equipment and fleet
  • Diagnose issues quickly and fix them the right way—not the easy way
  • Keep equipment organized, maintained, and ready for the field
  • Help guide and support team members when it comes to equipment use and care
  • Build systems and processes that improve efficiency as we grow
