We are seeking a Lead Material Coordinator to oversee all contractor-provided logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services for the WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB), specifically supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management functions. So, what will the Lead Material Coordinator at Terrestris do? Lead Material Coordinator has the responsibility to manage all project activities, action items, and general function of the project.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Seven (7) years of industry experience in facility/logistics support related services, of at least one (1) project of similar complexity of work including high-volume warehouse oversight (with thousands of items processed daily through the RDF; 1,500+ annual service tasks; dozens of shipments, deliveries, and turn-ins weekly; biweekly inventory cycles for multiple warehouse nodes; 48-hour processing deadlines for all accountable property documents; multi-state, 250-mile operating radius), government property accountability, DPAS and FIAR-compliant asset management, disposal and surplus coordination across multiple sites, strict performance standards (98%–100%), move operations and post-move audit responsibilities, safety and MHE/SPV compliance requirements, high-visibility, mission-critical support impacting high-level officers.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license from a state of the United States
  • Active Material handling equipment (MHE) certified
  • Active OSHA certified
  • Active Forklift certified
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Common access card (CAC)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract employees to assign, direct, and monitor ramp and warehouse activities to include but not limited to shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory of Government owned property.
  • Review and validate file DD Form 1348 for government approval.
  • Review and validate DD form 1150 to ensure assets are captured and identify each government property to include quantity and location of disposal with completed DD Form 1348.
  • Ensure custodians are provided with an updated copy of hand receipt or change document DD Form 1150.
  • Complete DPAS training for the following roles: Data Inquiry, Agency Reports and Forms; Accountable Update without price adjustment, Asset Identifier, Asset Receiver, Asset Transfer, Maintenance and Utilization Dispatch Specialist and Data inquiry within fifteen (15) days after contract award.
