In this role, you will: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers in checking accounts and improve customer experience (e.g., Paid Search, Organic Search, Affiliates, Email, Ads, Paid Social, LLM/AI optimized advertising, etc.) Lead complex initiatives, working across different functional teams, to strategize, plan, and implement new digital marketing strategies that optimize online account opening Craft well-structured strategic digital marketing plans using qualitative and quantitative data to produce measurable results Partner with multiple cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end digital performance - across page traffic, account profitability, and budget metrics Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders Champion a test-and-learn culture, driving experimentation and continuous improvement across digital channels Review analytical results to make data-driven decisions to improve production while delivering customer-obsessed experiences Embrace test and learn while being thorough in the management of details Become a customer advocate – reach greater understanding of our prospect checking customer needs and segment pain-points
