Exact Sciences is seeking a strategic and technically advanced Lead Marketing Automation Manager to join our Customer Engagement & Web Experience team. This role serves as a critical connector between Marketing, CX, Data Engineering, and Enterprise Systems teams, owning the architecture and optimization of cross-channel automation programs that drive impactful customer experiences at scale. You will lead the design and execution of complex lifecycle journeys, leveraging Braze, Databricks, and related technologies to deliver personalized, data-driven communications. As a senior member of the team, you will define standards for campaign architecture, champion best practices in governance and data integration, and mentor others in advanced segmentation, testing strategy, and system interoperability. This role is ideal for a marketing technologist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who is motivated to push the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing automation to help advance our mission to detect cancer earlier and save lives.
