Job Description Summary: Responsible for local marketing initiatives, gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence, developing marketing creatives, and shaping the local market growth strategy. Overall Purpose: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, fostering strategic alliances and partnerships, and developing effective strategies to expand distribution and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Certification may be required in certain areas.
  • Recognized as an expert in the field, this experienced professional creatively resolves complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge.
  • Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influences executive decisions, mentors less experienced staff, and implements long-term plans that impact the organization.
  • Regularly collaborates with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead local marketing efforts and growth initiatives tailored to specific market dynamics.
  • Develop and execute creative marketing materials and campaigns to enhance brand presence.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on competitive intelligence to inform local strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive short- and long-term strategies to drive market growth and achieve business objectives, including initiatives for both new and existing products, services, and verticals.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Oversee launch and communication plans at both national and market levels, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Negotiate engagement terms to enhance market presence, drive revenue, and support mutual goals, while continuously assessing partner needs and business drivers.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and data analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize market strategies, and enhance program effectiveness. This includes performing competitive analysis and monitoring market trends.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and foster innovation.
