Backed by eight-figure contracts across the Department of Defense, we are strengthening national security by iterating closely with end users engaged in tactical operations. Overland’s vehicle production team is seeking a Lead NPI Manufacturing Engineer to help develop and launch our autonomous off-road vehicles. Your experience with Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) will play a critical role across the integration of mechanical and electrical subsystems. In this role, you will be the key link between design engineering and early production, with a focus on DFx (primarily integration and manufacturability). You’ll help develop integration workflows, first-pass test interfaces, and production-ready tools and systems. This is a deeply hands-on role for an engineer who thrives on the shop floor at the intersection of design, prototyping, and system-level problem solving for new products.
