Job SummaryThe Lead Maintenance Person ensures the proper operation, cleaniness, safety, and maintenance of the church, rectory, parish, office, and relate facilities. This role serves as the hands-on leader for day-to-day maintenance tasks and support the parish's mission by providing a welcoming and functional environment for worship and community life. Job Responsibilities Facility Maintenance Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, capentry, and HVAC repairs. Confuct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of all parish buildings Identify and respond promptly to maintenance needs and emergency issues Cusodial Duties Ensures buildings are clean, orderly, and ready for services and events Oversee setup and breakdown for Masses, parish meetings, and special functions
