About The Position
Indigo Apartments is now hiring for a reliable and skilled Lead Maintenance to join our apartment community team.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in daily maintenance operations
- Lead and support the maintenance team (scheduling, training, and guidance)
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and unit turns (make-readies)
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain property standards, safety, and compliance
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
