Apartment Maintenance Lead Technician
About The Position
Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead Technician (HVAC Certified) to join our winning team! The Apartment Maintenance Lead role is to aid and support all areas of property maintenance. The main function of this position is to lead the maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders. Additional duties include providing support to the property manager, inspecting the quality of maintenance work performed, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Minimum of Type 2 HVAC Cert required
- 3+ years minimum experience in a similar role
- Recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Effective leader and communicator
- Hands-on team player
- Positive attitude
- Dependable and professional
- Ability to get it done and motivate staff
