YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT The Lead Neighbor Service Technician is responsible for all general apartment maintenance in order to maintain and preserve the Neighborhood and to provide a quality living environment for our Neighbors. Customer Service – First and foremost, it's your job to make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods. Show them tomorrow matters. Daily Operations – Every detail counts. As a Lead Neighborhood Service Tech, you are responsible for the timely completion of all phases of apartment turnovers and troubleshooting/repairs of most major and all minor mechanical systems. You will also help with scheduling outside vendors, tracking budgets and financials, and perform administrative support duties for all maintenance related activities. Leadership – As a lead, you enjoy mentoring others, providing guidance and leadership to your team. Additionally, you will help the Neighborhood achieve their financial goals through managing costs and being resourceful. You lead by example, setting the standard for the team.
