Requirements

Mechanical Problem Solvers: Whether it’s a plumbing issue, an electrical repair, or fixing HVAC, you enjoy tackling challenges head-on.

High school diploma (or equivalent)
2-3 years of maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

EPA Type 2 or Universal certification

Responsibilities

Maintain and Repair: Keep everything running from HVAC systems to electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
Ensure Satisfaction: Deliver top-notch service to our residents by keeping both the interior and exterior in prime condition.
Stay Ahead of Maintenance Needs: Preventative maintenance is key. You’ll document and address issues before they become bigger problems.
Emergency Support: Provide support after hours as needed, ensuring residents always feel taken care of.
Collaborate with a Family-Oriented Team: Work alongside a supportive, loyal group that has your back.
