Requirements
- High school diploma or Equivalent
- A substantial knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, control and life safety systems, regulatory requirements governing hospital, and management procedures.
- Possess an understanding of budgeting procedures.
- Must possess valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the activities and performance of maintenance staff.
- Ensuring personnel adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures and that all work carried out complies with regulatory agencies
