Requirements
- EPA Universal and HVAC certification - REQUIRED
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or facilities management
- Proven experience supervising a team or leading projects
- Solid skills in troubleshooting appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Basic hand tools required; power tools are a plus
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- A customer-service mindset and ability to work well with residents, staff, and vendors
Nice To Haves
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license - Preferred

Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and schedule the maintenance team
- Oversee unit turns and ensure all work orders are completed on time
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
- Coordinate large-scale community projects and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
- Assist with exterior and interior painting, drywall repair, and general upkeep
- Maintain curb appeal through groundskeeping, pressure washing, and trash pickup
