About The Position

The Lead Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the Maintenance team, which is responsible for preventive and operational maintenance for all equipment at the manufacturing plant located in Columbus, Ohio. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading a manufacturing maintenance department
  • Experience in Hydraulics, Electrical, Pneumatic, and Facility repair required
  • Must be able to move up to 80lbs, and work from the Operations floor for extended periods (up to the entirety of your shift)
  • Candidates should be technically proficient, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Available to work overtime, including weekends
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks for team members maximizing the teams efficiency
  • Executes and maintains a robust preventive maintenance program
  • Seeks out opportunities for improvement to drive resolution the root cause of issues
  • Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements
  • Monitors all team member attendance, productivity, and other performance markers
  • Identifies, reports and corrects any maintenance problems immediately in areas such as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical and automated
  • Ensures that all equipment serviced is left in a sanitary and safe condition, with all guards and safety devices in a place
