Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 5-10 years of manufacturing or operations experience, 3-5 years experience with Air Product gas cabinets
  • Skills: mechanically inclined, ability to troubleshoot system equipment, good communication, attentive to detail, collaborative, organized, SOP and work instruction knowledge
  • Lifting 50 lbs.
  • Bending and reaching
  • Climbing ladders
  • Walking throughout shift

Nice To Haves

  • Education: Associate degree in a related technical discipline
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), ISO9000 knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and training of cylinder gas team
  • Interface with customers for maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries with suppliers and procurement
  • Monitor cylinder gas inventory and prepare reports as needed
  • Oversee bulk gas delivery and offloading
  • Conduct safety and quality inspections of all incoming cylinders and manage paperwork
  • Monitor and maintain gas systems
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Preparation of maintenance, SOPs, and work orders
  • Work within defined technical processes and procedures
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvements
  • Ability to work with Air Product gas cabinets
