About The Position

Lead a skilled team, make an impact, and help keep our facility running safely and efficiently. We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Leader who is passionate about coaching technicians, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll oversee maintenance activities across the facility (including equipment, systems, and infrastructure) while ensuring a strong culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or processing facility, or a mix of experience and trade school
  • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems (required for automated sites)
  • Strong understanding of electrical standards and safe installation practices
  • Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings (site‑dependent)
  • Solid knowledge of safety, electrical, fire protection, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and people skills—comfortable interacting at all levels
  • Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work in temperatures from ‑20°F to 100°F depending on the facility, with PPE provided
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work different schedules or weekends when needed
  • Comfort working at heights or in varying noise levels (site‑dependent)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support a team of maintenance and engineering technicians
  • Plan and assign daily work while ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time
  • Perform inspections, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment and mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with leadership on budget planning, cost management, and capital projects
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of the CMMS by reviewing and completing work orders
  • Help develop procedures that support continuous improvement, energy savings, and long‑term equipment reliability
  • Operate onsite motorized lifts and rental equipment as needed
  • Manage third‑party maintenance vendors (at some locations)
  • Contribute to other maintenance projects as needed
