About The Position

Main duties and responsibilities  Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.  Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.  Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.  Put in place Preventive Maintenance Program in order to maintain the community standards.  Perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.  Provide customer service to apartment residents through maintaining residential property.  Repair cabinets, counter tops, doors, trims, and other wood structures.  Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage.  Maintenance of roofs, fixture replacements, floor installation, ceiling tile replacements.  Oversee the make ready process.  Work closely with tenants and adhere to great customer service.  Maintain the cleanliness of common areas.  Participate in after hours and emergency response.  Attend required community meetings as required.  Guarantee adherence to safety practices and principles, and to the relevant Federal, State, and Local codes.  Follow the Fair Housing Act at all times.  Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
