We're seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician who is hands-on, technically skilled, and ready to lead a service team at a high-volume community. In this role, you will: · Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations · Complete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results · Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules · Ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately · Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled · Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper use of tools/equipment · Support the Property Manager with various maintenance projects and initiatives · Uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
