The Lead Line Cook’s primary responsibility is giving direction to other cooks while also being an expert in preparing and cooking food to the highest quality consistently and efficiently to Harkins’ recipes and standards. The successful candidate will also be able to prepare and portion food products prior to cooking and also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked and non-cooked items.
