About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the safety of our guests while at the pool area. Responsible for the cleanliness of the pool/deck areas. Responsible for supervising Lifeguard staff. Assists with scheduling and training of Pool staff. Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Must be Lifeguard and CPR certified.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Stand and move throughout the pool area as required during an assigned shift in an efficient, expedient manner, regardless of extremes in temperature and other adverse conditions.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, crouch, stoop, and kneel when assisting guest with their needs.
Must be able to push towel bins during an assigned shift.
Must be able to handle more than one function at a time accurately.
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
Responds to visual or oral cues.
Must be able to read, write speak and understand English.
