About The Position

The Lead Life Enrichment Facilitator organizes, leads and encourages senior residents through leisure activities, outings, and other creative outlets. Accurately charts and documents resident progress and monitors same. Books entertainment. Assists with monthly calendar of activities and Quality Improvement activities. Must be flexible with scheduling, and available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Associates degree in recreation therapy or related field
• 2 years' relevant experience
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Upbeat, outgoing and cheerful disposition a MUST
• Applicant must be a highly organized, creative team player who enjoys being of service to seniors
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent attendance
• Must be flexible with scheduling
• Available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends

• Supervisory experience a plus
