About The Position

Situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains, Balfour Senior Living in Louisville, CO at Cherrywood Village is seeking a talented Life Enrichment Lead to join the family!!!! Schedule: Full time Sun-Thurs Pay:$52,000 Position Summary The Life Enrichment Lead supports the planning and delivery of programs that promote a vibrant, healthy lifestyle for residents and associates, following Kisco’s Art of Living Well℠ philosophy. This includes organizing events, facilitating classes, coordinating transportation, and enhancing resident engagement across emotional, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and vocational dimensions.

Requirements

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Be a great team player
  • High school graduate; Associate degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Life Enrichment programs (preferably with seniors)
  • Background in different dimensions of Art of Living Well is beneficial
  • Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment
  • Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of good driving record
  • Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within reasonable time of employment (as required)
  • First Aid Certification required
  • CDL or fitness certification may be required or obtained after hire

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Background in different dimensions of Art of Living Well is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing monthly Life Enrichment calendars and activities.
  • Support resident engagement through programs, outings, and special events.
  • Promote participation from residents, associates, and community volunteers.
  • Coordinate transportation and assist with setup/cleanup of events.
  • Monitor resident well-being and report changes to appropriate staff.
  • Help onboard, train, and support Life Enrichment team members.
  • Maintain clean and safe program spaces and equipment.
