Lead Laundry Associate – Willow Valley Communities Join a Team That Cares About You! In this role, you’ll step into any laundry function as needed, support smooth daily operations, and act as the team lead in the supervisor’s absence. Requirements

At least 6 months of commercial laundry experience
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (highly recommended)
A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic
Flexibility to assist in various laundry roles as needed

Responsibilities

Must be able to interact cordially and professionally with Residents, guests and Team Members.
Checks with Laundry Supervisor for any special instructions or assignments.
Fills in for absent Team Members.
Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment.
Periodically inventories supplies and equipment.
Investigates new and improved laundry instruments and methods.
Operates box truck and/or fork lift.
Assists in inventory and supply ordering.
Fills bottles with cleaning chemicals.
Check for proper labeling of bottles.
Completes appropriate documentation.
Assists in stocking shelves, monitoring storage areas and taking inventory.
