Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, efficient, quality conscious
- Honest, trustworthy, fair and courteous to co-workers, a team player
- Ability to read tape measure
- Ability to read blueprints and process sheets
- Possess tools necessary for the job
- Good physical condition, able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Knowledge in programming and operation of CNC machine tools
- Eager to improve self and attend additional training and/or school
- Submit to a comprehensive vision exam
- One year experience in metal fabrication
- High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery according to job guidelines and in a safe and efficient manner.
- Wear and use required safety attire and equipment at all times
- Perform all aspects of job in a quality conscious manner
- Advise supervisor of shortages or poor quality materials/products
- Accurately count all pieces to ensure no extra or missing parts
- Tag completed jobs with date, quantity, and producers name and put it in the proper place.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
- Assist other departments as requested
- Report supply needs, equipment breakdowns, accidents or injuries to supervisor
- Maintain all equipment in the department as guidelines direct (daily, weekly, etc.)
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands
- Accountable to meet productivity and quality standards
- Complete all required paperwork in a correct and timely manner
