What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities: As our Landscape Crew Leader, you are a "working supervisor." You’ll stay hands-on with the crew while taking ownership of site quality and team morale.

Requirements

1–3 years of professional landscaping experience.
A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required for this role.
Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Lead Technician or Supervisor is a major plus!
A strong work ethic and a "lead by example" attitude—you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty with your team.
A positive, professional energy and a desire to grow into a management track.

Responsibilities

Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the team, and ensure all properties meet our high-quality standards.
Perform and oversee mowing, planting, edging, and irrigation maintenance with precision.
Train new crew members on equipment safety and "quality-first" landscaping techniques.
Act as the final eye on every job to ensure the property is "magazine-ready" before the crew departs.
Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment at all times.
