About The Position

You already know the drill—now it’s time to lead the way! Join our Charlotte team as a Lead Landscape Professional. As our Landscape Crew Leader, you are a "working supervisor." You’ll stay hands-on with the crew while taking ownership of site quality and team morale. Requirements

1–3 years of professional landscaping experience.
Valid NC or SC Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 35 lbs.
A strong work ethic and a "lead by example" attitude—you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty with your team.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Lead Technician or Supervisor is a major plus!
A positive, professional energy and a desire to grow into a management track.

Responsibilities

Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the team, and ensure all properties meet our high-quality standards.
Perform and oversee mowing, planting, edging, and irrigation maintenance with precision.
Train new crew members on equipment safety and "quality-first" landscaping techniques.
Act as the final eye on every job to ensure the property is "magazine-ready" before the crew departs.
Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles and equipment at all times.
