Are you an organized individual with a passion for ensuring smooth lab operations? In this role, we handle crucial lab support activities, including glasswash, garment management, and gas/dry ice management. We ensure compliance and efficiency in all support activities, acting as the primary point of contact for lab personnel. A day in the Life: Perform labware operations, including precision cleaning, inventory management, quality control, and autoclave sterilization. Handle gas cylinder orders, manage gas meters, and safely handle HAZMAT materials. Collect and restock labware/materials, ensuring consistent supply and safe storage of dry ice, garments, and gas. Partner with clients to understand and meet their labware and material needs. Follow procedures outlined by Best Practices, SOPs, and Work Instructions. Maintain accurate inventory records, fulfill contractual obligations, and assist in supervising business metrics. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years experience with material handling required.
  • Good x Practice (GxP) environment or laboratory setting experience required
  • Proven record of leading and mentoring teams, formally or informally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and delegate tasks to others.
