About The Position

What You Will Do: Lead and schedule the stewarding team to ensure alignment with banquet and event needs. Train and supervise associates in proper sanitation, dishwashing, and equipment handling procedures. Oversee cleanliness and organization of all kitchen prep, dish, and storage areas in compliance with health standards. Manage dishware and service inventory, ensuring efficient usage and minimal loss or breakage. Support banquet operations by assisting with setup and breakdown of service equipment. What We Are Looking For: Prior stewarding experience—ensures familiarity with cleaning processes, safety standards, and kitchen operations. 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred—helps foster accountability and productivity within the team. Current ServSafe Certification—demonstrates commitment to food safety and regulatory compliance. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and walk for extended periods—essential for performing daily responsibilities. Requirements
