As the Head of Key Account Management D-Commerce, you will play a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for executing and continuously refining Haleon’s digital commerce strategy across key digital customers, including ePharmacies, omnichannel retailers, and Amazon. You will drive revenue growth, manage core digital customer relationships, and lead a team of four digital commerce specialists within the Sales organization. In this role, you will be accountable for commercial performance, digital sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking — helping shape the future of digital commercial growth within Haleon. You will be a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, building capability, influence, and best-in-class digital execution.
