In addition, you'll play a key role in responding to commercial plumbing service calls, providing rapid and effective solutions when clients need us most.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2–4 years in a Lead / Foreman role
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas Med Gas Endorsement preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively
- Deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Flexibility and readiness to take on commercial service calls in addition to project-based work
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Commitment to safety & compliance with all local and state regulations
- Willingness to travel occasionally (All travel expenses covered)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading a team of 2–4 apprentices on commercial new construction and retrofit projects
- Coordinating installations to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Responding to scheduled or emergency commercial plumbing service calls as needed
- Ensuring all plumbing work meets industry codes and best practices
- Inspecting installations and troubleshooting potential issues before they become problems
- Working alongside contractors to streamline project execution
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
