About The Position
The Lead Janitorial Cleaner is a reliable and experienced individual responsible for ensuring all facility operations adhere to policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating daily operations by delegating job assignments and offering guidance. The Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is absent. They are expected to uphold established standards to maintain clean and safe buildings/facilities for all workers and customers. Key duties include operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and assisting with general janitorial tasks as required.
