About The Position

We are hiring a Lead IV, Maintenance to join our Maintenance team! DISCOVER Are you safety focused and detail oriented? In this role, you will direct maintenance activities across our facilities to support optimal manufacturing uptime at the lowest possible cost. You’ll document and communicate actions and irregularities to maintain continuity among work teams. We are hiring a Lead IV, Maintenance to join our Maintenance team in Vista. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee the daily work of our Maintenance Mechanics while keeping our building systems, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and electrical, running safely and efficiently. You will schedule the team, prioritize work orders, guide preventive and predictive maintenance, and help develop programs and estimates that keep operations continuous and cost effective. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT Can you lead and coach a maintenance crew? Safely direct and coordinate Maintenance Mechanics to sustain production and meet cost targets. Are you proactive about asset health? Drive preventive and predictive maintenance, implement alterations and improvements that protect company assets and keep operations continuous. Are you organized with CMMS discipline? Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, verifying stock levels through the CMMS. Do you build team capability? Provide training and guidance that improves department performance while reinforcing safety, 5S, and continuous improvement. Do you keep everyone aligned? Document and communicate actions and ongoing needs to ensure seamless handoffs across shifts and teams. Can you focus on compliance and standards? Ensure schedules, time cards, safety practices, and continuous improvement goals are consistently met. WHAT YOU BRING High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in a technical field preferred 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, including time in a lead role directing mechanics Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC controls, troubleshooting skills and welding Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, electrical schematics, and service procedures Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methods Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project CMMS experience to open, assign, and close work orders and manage parts inventory; Dude Solutions preferred ERP exposure to parts and work order transactions is a plus Proven ability to schedule crews, prioritize work orders, and coordinate across shifts WHAT YOU’LL GET At Watkins Wellness, we believe everyone should ‘Feel good. Requirements
