Summary: The Digital Solution Lead is responsible for the design, architecture, development, and implementation of digital services and customer-facing digital solutions across web, mobile, and integrated digital platforms. This role will lead the creation and evolution of high-quality digital experiences that are intuitive, scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy and customer needs. This position combines strong technical leadership with deep expertise in digital experience, customer experience (CX), usability, customer journeys, and digital service design. The Digital Solution Lead will work closely with Customer and Health Solutions departments, Marketing and Product, UX/UI, and Technology teams to define and deliver end-to-end digital solutions that improve customer experience, streamline operations, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will also be responsible for defining the overall technical and functional architecture of digital solutions, leading a development team, and ensuring digital services are designed and delivered using best practices across the full SDLC. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, capable of leading solution design while also guiding execution from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related IT experience with application development, digital solutions, or digital product delivery
  • Strong experience leading the design and delivery of digital products and services, especially customer-facing web and mobile solutions
  • Strong expertise in digital experience, customer experience (CX), usability, service design, and customer journey mapping
  • Strong experience with Flutterand Blazorand modern mobile application architectur
  • Experience developing and architecting applications using Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, MVC,WebAPI, or similar modern frameworks
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and modern front-end / mobile technologies
  • Strong understanding of API design, system integrations, and digital service orchestration
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other source control and release management platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in the creation of technical requirements, solution diagrams, process flows, architecture documentation, UML, and related documentation
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, accessibility, and digitalusabilitybest practices
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional end-to-end projects, including business, UX, technology, and operational stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Insurance Healthcare is a plus
  • Experience with AI, personalization, digital automation, and intelligent digital workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, architecture, development, and implementation of complete digital solutions and services across web, mobile, and integrated platforms.
  • Lead the design of customer-facing digital experiences that are intuitive, effective, and aligned with business and customer needs
  • Translate customer journeys, business requirements, and user needs into scalable, high-quality digital products and services
  • Partner with business leaders, operations teams, product owners, and UX/UI resources to define andoptimizeend-to-end digital customer journeys
  • Drive the design and implementation of digital self-service capabilities, portals, apps, workflows, and integrated experiences
  • Lead technical solutioning for mobile applications, with a strong focus on Flutter-based development and architecture
  • Define and document solution architectures, technical flows, system integrations, and digital service frameworks
  • Ensure digital solutions are built with a strong focus on customer experience, usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
  • Lead and support the design and implementation of APIs and integrations required to support digital services and connected experiences
  • Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, QA, UX/UI, Product, and other stakeholders during all phases of the SDLC
  • Lead end-to-end digital initiatives and projects, including planning, solution design, technical execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch optimization
  • Provide technical and functional leadership to the development team, including mentoring, coaching, andestablishingbest practices
  • Ensure solutions follow modern architecture principles, coding standards, security requirements, and enterprise technology standards
  • Identifyopportunities to improve digital solutions through automation, AI, analytics, personalization, and workflow optimization
  • Support modernization of legacy digital applications and help drive the evolution toward more scalable and maintainable digital platforms
  • Maintain and improve development and production application environments related to digital services
  • Create clear and concise technical, functional, and solution documentation
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the ability to explain complex digital concepts to business leaders
  • Other duties as assigned
