About The Position

We are seeking a Lead IT Governance & Process Improvement Specialist to serve as the lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for IT Governance Metrics and the IT Balanced Scorecard. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the definition, integrity, usability, and continuous improvement of IT governance metrics used to measure performance, risk, delivery health, and strategic alignment across Technology. You will also be the lead BSA on the development and implementation of the new and innovative IT Balanced Scorecard that will serve as a critical decision-making tool for IT Leadership which will provide clear, trusted and actionable insights to IT Leadership. This role plays a critical part in translating governance and leadership expectations into well‑designed metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions, enabling informed decision‑making and transparency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst, particularly in metrics, reporting, or governance domains
  • Deep interest in IT governance, performance measurement, and balanced scorecard frameworks
  • Proven ability to translate complex governance and leadership needs into clear, actionable metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data integrity
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across IT, Risk, and enterprise functions
  • Familiarity with dashboarding, reporting, and data visualization concepts and tools
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process and reporting improvements, including automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain metrics and insights clearly
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for IT Governance Metrics and the IT Balanced Scorecard
  • Own and maintain metric definitions, data sources, calculation logic, and documentation to ensure consistency and audit readiness
  • Partner with IT leadership, governance bodies, and key stakeholders to understand performance objectives and translate them into meaningful metrics
  • Drive enhancements to the IT Balanced Scorecard, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, risk posture, and regulatory expectations
  • Collaborate with data, reporting, and tooling teams to design, enhance, and maintain dashboards and scorecard views
  • Assess metric effectiveness and recommend improvements to drive clarity, actionability, and decision support
  • Ensure governance metrics are accurate, timely, and trusted, addressing data quality issues and root causes
  • Support audit, risk, and regulatory requests related to IT governance metrics by preparing evidence and participating in walkthroughs
  • Identify opportunities to automate metric collection and reporting, reducing manual effort and improving reliability
  • Document governance processes, metric frameworks, and reporting standards to support sustainability and knowledge transfer
  • Act as a key contributor to continuous improvement initiatives within IT governance and performance management
