The Lead Inventory Management Specialist oversees the daily operations of SEARHC’s consortium-wide PAR Inventory Management system in Lawson. This includes reviewing daily reporting to ensure timely scanning and delivery of supplies to PAR locations, as well as conducting periodic analysis of supply utilization to recommend changes in standard PAR levels. The role is responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demands and for the timely receipt, breakdown, stocking, and delivery of supplies to support effective patient care and the organization's financial health. The specialist ensures prompt picking and delivery of customer/departmental requests and implements “Lean Concepts and Principles” for the SEARHC Supply Chain in Materiel Management. This position involves frequent, often difficult or stressful, interactions with various employees, requiring strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex problem situations and gain agreement. The Lead Inventory Management Specialist supervises all warehouse and PAR Personnel.
