Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Lead Intensive Case Manager to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of mental health. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. As a Lead Intensive Case Manager, you will assist adults with mental illness gain access to needed resources such as medical, social, educational, and other services.
